Joe Bartalotta’s passion for pies began in 1973 in a family bakery, where he sold his creations at local markets and fairs. When Joe opened his own bakery in Portarlington, a seaside town on Port Phillip Bay VIC, his pies became so popular that he decided to focus exclusively on them.
