Joe Bartalotta’s passion for pies began in 1973 in a family bakery, where he sold his creations at local markets and fairs. When Joe opened his own bakery in Portarlington, a seaside town on Port Phillip Bay VIC, his pies became so popular that he decided to focus exclusively on them. Bay Bakery pies are proudly Aussie owned and made, combining cherished Bartalotta family recipes with inspirations from travels around Australia and New Zealand.
